Due to my attraction to raw veganism, besides the unspeakable benefit that the living food has on my body and my state of mind, I discover and create all sorts of delicious recipes that otherwise would not have been known by my taste buds. This is such a fullfilment for me. From time to time, I feel the need to express this profoundly :).
Today’s recipe is super easy to make. The raw-vegan walnut dip is tasty and extremely nutritious.
You need: 200gr (7oz) walnuts, 3-4 garlic cloves, 100ml (3.4 oz) filtered water, juice from 1/2 medium lemon, natural salt to taste, pepper to taste.
The walnuts must be soaked in water for 12h. After that, all the ingredients are mixed well in the blender/food processor and the raw-vegan walnut dip is ready. I recommend keeping it in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving. I think it’s even tastier when it’s cold.
